Holly Hill Farms Meat & Deli Shoppe was purchased May 1, 1998 by Patrick and Pamella Wesley. Patrick graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in meat science. He spent the next 24 years in the meat industry holding several positions. Starting out in Quality Control and ending with General Manager. In 1998, Patrick did not like the direction the industry was taking by adding water and other chemicals to the meat. He left the industry and purchased the shoppe. His goal was to be able to provide meat to families that was as close to natural as possible. Patrick and Pamella are proud to say they are providing high quality, unadulterated meat to families in central Ohio.
Holly Hill Farms Meat & Deli Shoppe offers a wide selection of beef, pork, and chicken with a limited selection of lamb and veal. We hand cut all our steaks, chops, and roasts, and grind beef daily. Our beef is USDA Choice and our pork and poultry is USDA #1. Most of our sausages that we sell are made right in the store as are many of our deli salads. Holly Hill Farms offers some of the finest Amish made cheeses and deli meats available. If we don't carry what you are looking for, let us know. We are usually able to find most items for you.
